There is a YES coming your way. This card is one of the most auspicious cards in the deck; it’s a very positive card and suggests something new and exciting is developing.
The message from the Universe is that you’re starting all over again in some way. If you’ve been feeling stagnant in any area of your life, this card is reminding you that life goes in cycles and you’re moving into a new cycle now.
This is the time to wipe the slate clean. You will soon start to feel more hopeful about the direction your life is going to go in.
After a traumatic experience yesterday I was catapulted into action. The old adage Be The Change You Want To See In The World was well and truly ringing in my ears!
I am now taking a completely different path to the one I’ve been on, and I feel I have purpose coursing through my veins.
I have got the nerve to take the steps required for my next venture.
This has been on my mind a lot lately. I’ve been doing a couple of collaborations with some folks, and yep, you’ve guessed it, I’ve questioned my ability and my right to be there.
I’m as qualified as everyone else, but I can’t shake that feeling of being a fraud. Everyone is telling me that I am welcome and worthy and wanted. It’s just my thoughts that are trying to catch me out.
It’s got to the point where I’m having panic attacks before I do my role and I’m feeling stressed out. So I’ve been working on my self esteem and making sure to do some breathing exercises beforehand.
As always, be kind and gentle with yourself if you are going through similar.
Keywords :- Nurturing, practical, providing financially, a working parent.
This card represents a mother figure, someone who is nurturing and caring.
If this card resonates with you – both female and male readers – the message is suggesting you need to strike a balance between your home life and your working life.
Is your home-work life balance not as you’d like it to be? This card suggests that you need to rectify that and maintain a more nurturing lifestyle.
The suggestion is also for us to take care of ourselves, financially, physically, emotionally. Striking the right balance is what is required right now.
There is also an element suggesting that you could secure that pay rise you’ve been hoping for. The time is right for this, so maybe approaching your boss isn’t a bad idea after all?
This card is telling us to keep going, what we want/desire is within reach. Don’t give up now, you’ve come this far.
Stay focused on what you want. Just because you can’t see your dreams, doesn’t mean that they aren’t manifesting. Stay focused on moving forward, towards your goal.
This card teaches us that to achieve our goals we have to put the work in and make sure we are actually working towards them. It tells us that so long as we do this, we will manifest what we want.
Manifesting is a great way to actually get the life we want, but we need to put the leg work in on our side too. We need to understand that the universe/fate/goddess/god, etc does not just give us the life we want. We have to do the work too.
But manifesting our goals can and does take time. If you decide you want to move into a house that is twice as big as you have now, it is going to take some work.
This is where the card is showing us that dreams can become reality and giving up isn’t the best option. Hanging in there is worth it. As this card suggests.
Today I am feeling very at peace with life. I have to admit, this has been a long time coming. I’m relaxed, happy, at peace with myself, and the world around me.
Meditation has played a key role in getting me to this point. I have been meditating for many years, admittedly irregularly, but this was the basis for my regular practice.
Regular readers of this blog will know I have had many struggles, so for me to be this well is a huge step.
Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated, unless you want it to be, of course. The simplest way to meditate is to get comfortable, sitting or laying down, then you close your eyes and focus on your breath, the inhale and the exhale.
What I found when I first started meditating many years ago, was that thoughts would pop into my head, distracting me. I also couldn’t focus for a huge length of time; you’re usually expected to meditate for at least five minutes. In the beginning I could barely hold my thoughts still for one or two minutes, so I decided to start with one minute and build it up.
I find that if you cannot follow a guided meditation, and let’s face it, there are times when someone talking away in the background when you’re trying to relax and be at one with yourself, that’s very distracting.
That’s why focusing on your breath is a really good way to get to grips with meditating. Some people will say they don’t do meditation because of their lack of experience and their attention span not being good enough to get in the zone.
Today, just take a moment to focus on your breath. Observe the inflow and outflow of your breath, the rise and fall of your chest. It doesn’t have to be complicated, this simple technique can be a really good starting point for a meditation practice.
