Thankful Thursday – 31/12/20.

It’s the last day of the year.

What a year!

I know I’ve said this a lot lately, but we need to focus on the positive in our lives. Whatever your thoughts on manifestation and positive thinking, it makes so much sense to focus on the good in our lives.

So, for one last time this year, make a list of everything you have to be thankful for. The aim is to focus on the good you have encountered this year, replacing the negative thoughts that we all have focused on way too much this year.

Tuesday Tip – 29/12/20

For 2020 I didn’t make New Year’s resolutions, I chose to just love me. So, in effect, I made love my word of the year.

People have been choosing a word of the year for many years now. By choosing a word we focus on that word, incorporating it into our lives for good and positive changes we wish to make.

Why not try a word for 2021 rather than making resolutions you probably can’t realistically keep?

Monday Motivation. 28/12/20

Much has been said about how awful this year has been for many of us, let’s face it, this year has been bad on so many levels.

I’m ending the year on a positive note. I just feel there’s been too much heaviness around me and want to bring more lightness into my life.

This is the last Monday of this difficult year, so instead of bemoaning what has been wrong with life, try focusing on what positive things you have had happen this year.
