Tuesday Tip – 29/12/20

For 2020 I didn’t make New Year’s resolutions, I chose to just love me. So, in effect, I made love my word of the year.

People have been choosing a word of the year for many years now. By choosing a word we focus on that word, incorporating it into our lives for good and positive changes we wish to make.

Why not try a word for 2021 rather than making resolutions you probably can’t realistically keep?

One of the things I find with self care is what we can actually do. It’s all very well saying we are going to practice self care, but we can often be left feeling stumped by what we should do.
